How to spend a cold autumn free from problems with muscles and joints?

When the autumn and winter months are coming most drivers prepare their car for worse climate conditions, unpleasant chilly weather, worse conditions on the slippery roads, and for the intrusive winter that adversely affects all mechanical parts of their "four-wheeled friends". However, people often pay more care to their cars than to their own body, which suffers no less than these means of transport.
